The Process

Interested in a commission? Use the button below, it will take you to a google form, where you can submit a commission request. That's where you will provide me with all of the info I need to draw for you, including your character references.After I receive the request and I have the chance to review it, you will get a response that I've accepted your commission along with an invoice for payment, which will be through PayPal.Once that invoice has been paid in full, work will begin on your commission as soon as I can! If at any time you'd like to check in on the status of your commission, my queue and your spot in it will be in visible in a publicly available Trello board.

Important Details

  • All prices listed are in USD.

  • Payments can be made via PayPal invoice.

  • Tax fees will be included in the final quote.

  • You must wait until your commission request has been accepted by me explicitly before submitting any payment.

  • Final, full-resolution Images will be delivered as a .PNG via a private Google Drive link. These will be on average around 3000-2500px unless otherwise requested.

  • If you would like your file as a .PSD, you will need to pay additional fees for commercial rights.

  • I will not deliver progress updates as I work on your commission. However, the status of your commission in my queue will be listed on my Trello.

commercial & nda

Commercial Rights for reproduction and sale can be purchased for a one-time licensing fee. Clients who obtain such rights will be free to reproduce and redistribute the commission in a state that is either very lightly altered, or completely unedited. This includes re-selling the commissioned artwork as merchandise such as prints, charms, stickers, on apparel, etc.Purchasing the licensing fee does not give the client creative rights to the artwork. As such, all merchandising efforts will still require proper credit be given to me, the artist, for any products made using the artwork.


A privacy NDA can be signed for an additional fee, after which I will refrain from sharing any identifiable information about the commission on my own art hosting channels or any other platform. This includes refraining from sharing WIPs, sketches, concepts, and the final finished work.An NDA does not mean the client has right to mass produce the illustration. Clients will require both NDA and Commercial licensing fees to be paid for such instance.

Terms of service

The following are the terms to be upheld regarding commissions and the commission process. Any violations may be cause for immediate termination of the commission contract without refund.

Ownership and Rights to Reproduce

Rights to all commissioned pieces are retained by the artist, henceforth myself. Refrain from re-posting without first receiving permission from me. Any such permissions are under the circumstance that proper credit is given to me; any watermarks are not to be removed. Appropriate links to my art sites are required for any re-post. Any form of reproduction for print, alteration, or replication (i.e. tracing, referencing) are prohibited without purchase of a Commercial Rights license.Images may contain copyright management information (CMI) at my (the Artist's) discretion in the form of either 1) a copyright notice © and/or 2) other copyright and ownership information embedded in the metadata or elsewhere, unless otherwise agreed to by the Parties. Removing and/or altering such information is prohibited and constitutes violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and you (the Commissioner) will be responsible to me (the Artist) for any penalties and awards available under that statute.

Artist Rights

  • All Images and rights relating to them, including copyright and ownership rights in the media in which the Images are stored, remain the sole and exclusive property of me.

  • I retain the right to decline a commission for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, content that I am not comfortable drawing, or do not feel I could deliver to the level of competence at which I hold myself.

  • I am under no obligation to significantly change or alter your drawing after a considerable amount of work has already been completed. This is excluding the case in which my work is not representative of the character reference(s) with which I am provided.

  • Any termination of the commission contract after work has begun will be subject to charges equivalent to the progress I've made; partial refunds will be given if the work is unfinished.

  • I am not obligated to provide Work in Progress (henceforth WIP) updates in the form of screenshots or any visual manner. Verbal updates are not to be expected without discussion.

  • Any intellectual properties (i.e. setting, costumes, character alterations) that are not explicitly discussed remain mine. The client will not take ownership for such ideas.

  • Images used for any purpose not directly related outside of these terms must be with my express permission and may include the payment of additional fees, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

Commissioner's Rights

  • Any and all intellectual property including, but not limited to, those of character design and setting discussed by both parties during the commission process remain that of the commissioner, henceforth you.

  • You reserve the right to receive your commission in a respectable and ethical condition.

  • After the piece is completed, it will be delivered in as a PNG at a resolution that is suitable to your needs.

  • You retain the right to an environment that enables both consumer and provider to communicate openly, honestly, and effectively. I shall remain open and available to communicate, circumstances providing.

  • Where the rights cannot be met, then the onus is on me, the artist, to show that it was reasonable in the circumstances not to have done so.

Contact & Payment

Please contact me via direct messaging or Discord (rinniwolf) for all matters regarding commissions. Other forms of contact are unreliable and do not guarantee a timely response. Messages requesting a commission do not need to adhere to a formal template, but should include the following, in no particular order:

  1. The name of the character

  2. Which type of commission you would like (sketch, bust, etc.)

  3. A brief description of the content of your commission. This includes descriptors like tone, setting, outfits, posing, etc.

  4. The level of Content Rating ( SFW, ecchi, nude, XXX/adult ) you would like your commission to be.

  5. Appropriate visual reference images. Written character descriptions will not be accepted, outside of those describing character demeanor or emotion.

  6. A paypal address to which I shall send an invoice.

  7. Username & site you would like me to link back to, if applicable.

I cannot continue with the commission process until I have all of the above information. A Google Form submission is also an acceptable way to submit a commission request. Any subsequent information provided outside of the original commission request will be considered but will not be guaranteed in the final work. However, I will do my best to accommodate your needs in this regard.All payment is to be sent via paypal to me, exclusively via an invoice which I distribute. Any payment sent without an invoice will be considered a tip donation and will not be refunded. Refunds are only permitted under the stipulation that work has not already begun on the commission. Invoices do not need to be paid immediately, but payment must be submitted before I begin working. By submitting payment, you thereby understand and accept all of the conditions stated in the Terms of Service.

Artist Standards

This section will briefly detail the competencies to be expected when commissioning me, the artist, and what I am comfortable drawing.

  • I specialize in female character illustration, and such should be considered when commissioning me. This is not to say I will not draw male characters, but I hold myself to a much higher standard for female or soft-featured male characters.

  • I retain the right to make stylistic decisions when drawing your commission. Should you desire any element of your character remain exactly as is presented, please state so.

  • Should you desire a specific style element that is not represented in my usual artwork, please notify me. This includes details such as specific eye shapes or coloring styles..

  • Detailed armor and machinery is not my strong suit, but I will put forth my highest level of competency for such commissions if desired.

  • I will draw both original characters and fanart, so long as the commission violates no copyrights held by the respective character owners. I will claim no ownership to any character design element that is not my own intellectual property.

  • Complicated designs or markings must be represented visually in your commission request. Minor design alterations can be made at your request, but must be stated clearly and concisely. I may simplify intensely intricate designs to better suit the work as I see fit.

  • I am comfortable drawing humanoid, anthro, and feral figures alike, as well as monsters.

  • I will draw adult content. ( see "Content Policy" section )

  • Any adult commissions for licensed characters may be subject to additional fees, as I am restricted in where I may share and post such artwork.

  • Please contact me if you have any questions regarding niche character design elements (i.e. extra limbs, multiple breasts) as this is not cause for immediate dismissal.

  • Please also contact me if you have any questions regarding fetish artwork. I retain the right to refuse drawing any fetish I am not comfortable with, but I am willing to discuss what the commission will entail and what compromises can be made.

  • No character that is under the age of 18 shall be drawn in any adult situation whatsoever.

  • Deadlines must be discussed with me prior to payment, and may be subject to additional fees.

AI-Content Policy

My work is 100% free of AI use in any form. My artwork is not to be used under any circumstance to train or be augmented by AI in any way. I strive to maintain ethical integrity with regards to creativity, in addition to environmental protection. As such, I wholly abstain from the use of any sort of generative AI. I request that you respect this decision and refrain from associating my works with Gen AI.

Adult Content Policy

Commissions requesting any content deemed Not Safe For Work (NSFW) may be subject to additional fees. The fee instituted will be correlated to how graphic the commission will be. Adult artwork will by no means be discussed with minors (here defined as anyone under the age of 18), and your commission contract will be immediately terminated upon discovery that you, as the commissioner, are not of legal age to consume adult material. You the client are held completely responsible for any penalties in such a case.Adult content, in any state of completion, is by no means to be shared with any individual or among any group that is not of legal age to view pornographic material. You the client are to be held responsible for any ramifications thereof.Any censorship added by me, the artist, is not to be removed for any circumstance without express permission. Censorship at the behest of you, the commissioner, can be added at no additional cost. In censoring my artwork, I do not condone any persons under legal age to view the material; you or any other you share the artwork with must still be of legal age to view pornographic material, even if censored.All re-posted artwork is to adhere to the respective site's Terms of Service. Re-posted artwork should by no means violate the rules of the site of which it is being hosted, including but not limited to content restrictions on adult artwork.

By submitting a payment to me, the artist, for any commissioned artwork, you thereby understand and accept all of the conditions as stated in the above Terms of Service.

�  Are you currently accepting commissions?       Yes! My commissions are currently open. Feel free to check the trello to see my current queue.


�  Do you use bases?       No, I do not. All of my assets, including emotes and twitch panels, are drawn completely from scratch, 100% unique on a per-client basis. I do not start with a template or anything like that, not even for emotes. You can have absolute certainty that your commission will be wholly your own.


�  What can I expect when I order a commission?       It's a simple process. When you submit a commission order request, I will review all of the info you send to me and make sure there is adequate information for me to work with. Once I have accepted your commission into my queue, I will then send a paypal invoice, which must be paid in full before any work will begin on your commission. While it will take some time to make my way down the queue, I can typically work pretty fast once I begin drawing your commission, usually within a couple days after I start sketching.       When artwork illustration is finished, you will be sent a link to it via Google Drive. This will contain the high-res file, typically around 3000px depending on the type of commission.


�  Do you send sketches for approval?       I do not have an approval phase for individual commission works. When you commission me, you are agreeing to trust in my vision and ability to deliver a final product you will be satisfied with. Please do not anticipate receiving a sketch to approve as I work on your commission.


�  Will you do revisions?       I will revise elements of a commission if an error has been made, such as lack of adherence to a provided reference or the result of miscommunication. I will not, however, re-draw elements of a commission once I have finished the work. If you have potential concerns about an aspect of your commission, please communicate it with me ahead of time so that I can work to deliver a drawing up to your satisfaction early on.


�  Will you draw me something like this?       I am happy to re-adapt a concept for a new commission. I will not, however, wholesale re-draw some exactly as provided in a reference, whether that reference is my own work or that of another. I will keep elements in mind and iterate on the concept to make it of my own design.


�  How much detail do you need?       I can work with as little information as you choose to give me! The only thing I absolutely cannot work without is a visual character reference. This can be a screenshot, ref sheet, commissioned art, whatever! As long as it's not just a text description of a character.       You do not need to provide any details about a pose, tone, or setting if you don't want to. I can work with very little or no prompt, if you would like to leave the details of your commission up to me.       If there is a specific pose or setting you'd like for your commission, please give me a brief prompt to work from or image references of examples you'd like me to shoot for.


�  Can I repost my commission or sell merch?       You are wellcome to share and repost your commission wherever you like. I only ask that you please credit me for my work and make some effort to link back to me!       You may not distribute your commisssion in any way from which you would directly profit, unless you have purchased a separate licensing fee which includes rights to sell and distribute. This includes, but is not limited to selling merch featuring the artwork, and selling restricted access to view the artwork through channels such as Patreon or other paywalls. Subscriber emotes are the sole exception I will make to this clause.
